TriForest Polycarbonate labware is a safer alternative to glass. It is ideal for steam sterilization of all biologicals, liquids, reagents, media, buffers, and aqueous solutions. Manufactured in a Class 10K cleanroom in an ISO 9001 facility with virgin Polycarbonate resin that is durable, chemically inert, non-leaching, and optically superior. Our square media bottles withstand repeated autoclaving, and are optimal for all microbial culture media production and preparation of terminally sterile fluidsblue autoclavable caps.

TriForest Square Media/Packaging PETG bottles are specifically developed with contents in mind. They are ergonomic, clear, leakproof, sterile, particulate matter free, and ideal packaging containers. The bottles are compatible with all, automated/semi-automated, high-through-put, filling, capping, and packaging equipment. The foot print maximizes the surface area/volume ratio to improve the efficiency of all filling operations. The bottles have volumetric molded-in graduation marks for reference filling. They are supplied as endotoxin free, nuclease free, and gamma sterilized SAL 10-6 with natural color caps. The bottles are also available with custom cap configurations along with tamper evident and standard closure. They are pacakged in a multi-layer elastomer barrier for clean room operations. Bottles are manufactured using USP Class VI resin.
